Kalakriti was established in 1980 by the Late Rajendra N. Choudhary, as an institution where students from all
walks of life could come and learn Hindustani Classical music under one roof.
Where we stand
Today, Kalakriti stands as one of the premier institutions for Hindustani Classical, Western
music, Theater, and Fine arts in Patna, Bihar. In the over 40 years of this school, thousands of students
have learned different disciplines of performing arts and earned nationally accredited degrees.
